雞胸肉沙拉------Chicken salad

不知道,從什麼時候起大家都愛上了我做的雞胸肉沙拉.配上生菜,蕃茄,麵包,孩子們笑稱這是五星級的餐點.我當然高興.今天就將我的配料及做法寫出來與大家分享.以Costco買的罐裝12oz一罐的雞胸肉.
材料;雞胸肉一罐.沙拉醬(Mayonnaise),碎甜酸黄瓜(Sweet pickle relish),芹菜幫一至二片切小丁.洋葱碎一湯匙,一亇白煮蛋切小丁.碎核桃少許.
做法;罐頭開後将水壓擠後倒掉,把雞肉放一碗中,同時把碎芹菜,洋葱碎,及小丁白煮蛋加上一大匙碎黃瓜,用义子拌雞肉易散開,同時加上两大起沙拉醬調勻馬上就可吃了.上桌前放上些碎核桃.則更有美感,並引起食慾.願你喜歡.其實只要十分鍾就可以使大家歡喜了.


又及.有人不愛洋葱,用青葱亦可.味道会稍稍不同.
核桃可有可無,亦可用松子或其他乾果仁代替.除了好吃外,有加分及提高品貭之效!我們家則喜歡用酸味麵包(sour dough)來配.配上一碟有些硬度的切片红蕃笳,再加上另一碟的生菜片.可真讓簡單也變得美美的.

That's the best! You can also eat it with a toasted English Muffin or put it on a cracker. hmmm.

I have made it twice for hedy's concert reception (eat with cracker). Everybody likes it.
